1 cup of quinoa
1 1/2 cups cauliflower (grated)
1/2 cup cornmeal
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp paprika
pinch of salt

Cook quinoa and cauliflower together. Once finished, there should not be any water left in the mixture. Add flour, olive oil and spices; mix well. put parchment paper in the bottom of a skillet and add the pizza dough. bake at 400F for 30 minutes. Turn over (carefully) and cook the other side for 15 minutes. add the toppings and broil for 3 to 4 minutes
