- 4 steamed and chilled Dungeness crabs
- 2 cups salted butter
- fresh lemon wedges
Method
Step 1
Break the legs off the crab and break the body piece in half. Save the body for picking out the crab meat. Crack the claw and leg shells with a mallet.
Step 2
Place some crushed ice in the bottom of a large serving bowl to make a bed for the crab legs. Arrange the crab legs and clase on top of the ice. Serve with wedges of fresh lemon.
