ingredients

  • 1/3 cups gf oats
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cups almond milk

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend all the ingredients together.

  • Step 2

    Heat a skillet and grease with a little coconut oil or cooking spray.

  • Step 3

    Pour 3 tablespoons of the batter into the pan.

  • Step 4

    Flip when its fully cooked on one side and remove from the pan once its fully cooked of both sides.

  • Step 5

    Repeat with the rest of the batter.

  • Step 6

    Decorate with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
