ingredients
Ingredients for hibiscus syrup:
- 1/4 cup of dried Hibiscus sorrel petals
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup of light brown sugar

Step 1
Combine water and sugar in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Stir frequently to dissolve sugar. Once dissolved, add in hibiscus petals and continue stirring. After some time, down off heat. Let it cool down for 15 mins then strain into bowl, then into measuring cup. After it cools down pour into a mini swing top bottle or jar and store in the fridge.

- 40ml gin
- 20ml lime juice
- 10ml homemade hibiscus syrup
- 1 egg white
- candy floss, dried hibiscus and rose edible petals for garnish
Method:
Step 1
Combine gin, lime juice, hibiscus syrup, egg white and dry shake for 30 sec then add ice and shake for 10 secs. Pour contents into a coupe glass. Garnish with adding a small ball of candy floss onto a cocktail stick and sprinkle dried hibiscus and rose petals. Voila!
