ingredients
- 100g milk chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup icing sugar
- 25g cup plain flour
- 2 cadbury’s creme eggs
- 1/3 unsalted butter
- 1/2 Creme egg for garnish
Method
Step 1
Using a pastry brush, lightly grease 2 ramekins with butter and dust lightly with cocoa powder. Set them aside.
Step 2
Pre-heat oven at 180oc/Gas mark 4
Step 3
Combine butter and milk chocolate in a microwave and melt for 30 secs until melted down and smooth. Add the icing sugar and stir to combine. Add the egg and egg yolk and use a handheld whisk until fully combined. Add the flour gradually and whisk until fully incorporated.
Step 4
Divide half of the mixture into 2 ramekins. Pop a Cadbury Creme Egg in the centre of each, cover with the rest of the batter and bake in the preheated oven for 12-13 mins.
Step 5
Cool for 2 mins, then use a knife to loosen the edges. Finally turn out into a plate and dust the top with icing sugar, garnish with a half a Creme egg on top and enjoy!
