ingredients

  • Pork Ribs, chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp of pepper
  • 1 tbsp of salt
  • 1/2 tbsp of chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp of minced ginger
  • 1/2 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp bbq sauce
  • 1/3 of honey
  • olive oil
  • sesame seeds
  • flat leaf parsley

Method

  • Step 1

    Pre-heat oven to 180oc

  • Step 2

Wash pork ribs with water and lemon juice. Add the chopped pork ribs - followed by garlic powder, salt and pepper, chilli flakes, old bay seasoning, minced ginger, parsley in a bowl and top with a little oil and stir until fully combined.

  • Step 3

Place the ribs evenly in an oven dish and pop in the oven and cook for 30 mins and then remove from the oven.

  • Step 4

In another bowl, add soy sauce, honey and some bbq sauce and stir.

  • Step 5

Coat the ribs with the bbq marinade halfway through cooking - ensuring all the ribs are covered and pop them back in the oven dish and pour the rest of the marinade over the ribs. Further cook for 15 mins in the oven.

  • Step 6

Once ready, wait for them to cool for a few mins. Sprinkle flat-leaf parsley, alongside additional chilli flakes and siamese seeds on top and serve immediately.
