Papaya and Prosciutto Salad

Recipe

  • 1/ 4 avocado, diced
  • 5 pieces prosciutto,
  • 1/ 2 peach, sliced
  • 2 handfuls of arugula,
  • 3 figs, sliced
  • handful of dill,
  • salt, to tatse
  • pepper, to taste
  • sprinkle of hemp seeds
  • sprinkle of pumpkin seeds
  • drizzle of extra virgin olive oil + balsamic vinegar

Method

  • Step 1

    Add the mixed greens to the bowl as the base of your salad.

  • Step 2

    Top with slices of prosciutto, avocado, peaches, pumpkin seeds, figs, and fresh dill.

  • Step 3

    Drizzle on the extra-virgin olive oil, and balsamic.

  • Step 4

    Top with a pinch of sea salt, fresh black pepper, and a sprinkle of hemp seeds. Serve.
