- 1/ 4 avocado, diced
- 5 pieces prosciutto,
- 1/ 2 peach, sliced
- 2 handfuls of arugula,
- 3 figs, sliced
- handful of dill,
- salt, to tatse
- pepper, to taste
- sprinkle of hemp seeds
- sprinkle of pumpkin seeds
- drizzle of extra virgin olive oil + balsamic vinegar
Add the mixed greens to the bowl as the base of your salad.
Top with slices of prosciutto, avocado, peaches, pumpkin seeds, figs, and fresh dill.
Drizzle on the extra-virgin olive oil, and balsamic.
Top with a pinch of sea salt, fresh black pepper, and a sprinkle of hemp seeds. Serve.
