Recipe
- 2 ounces gin
- 3/ 4 ounces fresh lemon juice
- 1 ounce Hibiscus syrup
- 1/ 2 ounce egg white
Method
Step 1
Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice cubes and shake well for 15 seconds.
Step 2
Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.
Step 3
Strain into a coupe or martini glass.
Step 4
Garnish with edible hibiscus petals.
