Recipe

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 3/ 4 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ounce Hibiscus syrup
  • 1/ 2 ounce egg white

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice cubes and shake well for 15 seconds.

  • Step 2

    Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.

  • Step 3

    Strain into a coupe or martini glass.

  • Step 4

    Garnish with edible hibiscus petals.
