- 1/ 2 cup dark chocolate
- 1/ 2 cup milk chocolate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons boiling water
- 1/ 2 cup heavy cream
- Whipped cream, optional, for serving
Melt the chocolate together. Mix in the vanilla. Slowly add the boiling water, mixing thoroughly after each addition. It will look like it has seized up, but keep going!
Once the water is fully mixed in, stir in the heavy cream. The consistency should be thin.
Evenly divide into 4-6 ramekins or glass cups. Chill for minimum 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
