Easy 20 Minute Lactose Free Mac and Cheese

ingredients
- 1 cup Gluten Free Pasta
- 1 tablespoons Vegan Butter
- 1 tablespoons Gluten Free Flour Blend
- 1/4 cup Oat Milk
- 1 cup Lactose Free Cheese, shredded
Method
Step 1
Cook pasta based on package directions
Step 2
While pasta cooks, in a small saucepan on medium-heat, melt butter.
Step 3
Once melted, sprinkle flour over top melted butter and whisk to create a roux.
Step 4
Once the butter and flour are well combined, pour in dairy-free milk, and stir until thickened and slightly bubbly.
Step 5
Add in cheese and stir until fully melted and incorporated.
Step 6
Add in your cooked pasta noodles and combine. If sauce needs it, add some cooking water to help the pasta and sauce come together.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper and add in any other toppings or add-ins (don’t judge, but I’m a ketchup person)
