ingredients

  • 1 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 cups White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 cups Plum Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 cups Raw Honey
  • 1 teaspoons Pickling Spices
  • pinch Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 large Red Onion

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all vinegars and honey to a small pot and cook until honey is dissolved and solution comes to a boil.

  • Step 2

    Remove from heat and add spices.

  • Step 3

    Cut red onion into thin slices and put into a medium sized bowl.

  • Step 4

    Pour vinegar mixture over onions and let cool.

  • Step 5

    Store in a mason jar in the fridge for up to one month.
