- 2 Avocados, diced
- 1 Mango, diced
- 1/4 Red Onion, diced
- 1 tablepoons Minced Roasted Garlic
- 3 drops Young Living Grapefruit Essential Oil
- 2 drops Young Living Citrus Fresh Essential Oil
- To Taste Salt & Pepper
Method
Step 1
Add avocado, mango, red onion, garlic, oils, and salt and pepper to a bowl.
Step 2
Mash together with a potato masher and then stir to thoroughly combine.
