ingredients
- 1 pound (16 ounces) fresh Fettuccini
- 1 zest Lemon
- 2 juiced Lemon
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 3/4 cup (115 grams) grated Parmesan
- 20 leaves sliced into ribbons Basil
Method
Step 1
Boil salted water and add the pasta. Cook according to instructions.
Step 2
In a large bowl combine the lemon zest and juice, olive oil, cheese and black pepper (wait to add more salt until you taste it, that cheese is salty). Let it all kinda meld together.
Step 3
When the pasta is done cooking, save a little of the water and add the drained hot pasta directly to the bowl of sauce. Mix it up, if it looks a little dry add some of the pasta water.
Step 4
Plate it and top it with basil. Enjoy.
