- 2 ounces gin
- 1/ 2 ounce raspberry liqueur
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/ 4 ounce Strawberry Cinnamon Clove Syrup, recipe below
Add all ingredients to a shaking tin and then add ice. Shake and strain over pebble ice into a double rocks glass.
For the Strawberry Cinnamon Clove Syrup
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 10 whole cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
To Make the Strawberry Cinnamon Clove Syrup
In a pot, combine the sugar, 1 cup water, and strawberries. Bring to a simmer, stir and mash up strawberries a bit once they're softened. Add cloves and cinnamon. Let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring to incorporate the sugar. Remove from heat and let cool.
Double strain the syrup into a bottle and discard the solids.
