ingredients
- 6 ounces chai concentrate
- 6 ounces bourbon
- 1 2/5 ounces fresh lemon juice
- 5 ounces honey
Method
Step 1
Combine honey and the hot chai concentrate until the honey is fully dissolved and incorporated. Depending on how many cocktails you’re making, you could also combine the honey and chai concentrate in a small saucepan on the stove at low-medium heat or heat it in the microwave to speed it all up in 15-second bursts. Once thoroughly combined, allow the honey-chai mixture to cool to room temperature before placing it into your cocktail shaker.
Step 2
Next, fill your cocktail shaker with ice and add in your honey-chai mixture.
Step 3
Then, add in your bourbon and lemon juice.
Step 4
Shake for 20-30 seconds until nicely chilled. Strain into a lowball whiskey glass filled with crushed ice or a single large ice cube.

Finally, garnish with candied ginger and/or a cinnamon stick for the most festive cocktail this holiday season! Cheers!
