ingredients
- 8 ounces sushi grade tuna, finely diced
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon mayo
- 1/2 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- Pinch ground ginger
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- Sesame seeds to garnish
Method
Step 1
Toss the tuna with the lime, soy sauce, sesame oil, mayo, sriracha and ginger.
Step 2
On each slice of cucumber, top with an avocado slice and a dollop of the tuna mixture. Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
