ingredients

  • 1 12 ounce bag semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 12 ounce bag butterscotch morsels
  • 2 cans of chow mein noodles
  • 1 bag of mini eggs

Method

  • Step 1

Grease a muffin tin and set aside. Melt chocolate and butterscotch together by your preferred method. I prefer to melt mine over the stove but you can also melt it in 30 second intervals in the microwave.

  • Step 2

Pour chow mein noodles in a large bowl and top with melted chocolate and butterscotch. Mix well so that all noodles are coated in the chocolate butterscotch mixture.

  • Step 3

Scoop noodles from bowl to fill each muffin tin and top with 3 Cadbury eggs. Place in fridge for 20 minutes or until nests are hardened and set. Remove from muffin tin and store in air tight container for up to 1 week. Enjoy!
