- 3 marshmallows
- 1/ 3 cup mixed berries, like raspberries, strawberries and blueberries
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ice wine, vodka, rum or brandy
- 6 Graham crackers
- 3 Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Squares
In a bowl, combined the berries, granulated sugar and ice wine or booze of your choosing. Let stand at room temperature for thirty minutes, giving them the occasional stir.
Toast the marshmallows over a campfire or grill or in your oven using the broiler until golden.
Take a graham cracker, top it with a Ghirardelli chocolate square, top that with your toasted marshmallow and then spoon a few of the macerated berries on top of the marshmallow. Top the berries with another graham cracker. Enjoy!
