ingredients

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, plus more for greasing pan
  • 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • 2 graham cracker sheets, broken into pieces
  • 3-4 Stuffed Puffs Marshmallows, cut into 1/2-inch pieces, plus more for serving
  • ice cream, for serving
  • whipped cream, for serving
  • chocolate sauce, for serving

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with parchment paper and grease with a little butter.

  • Step 2

    Microwave butter and chocolate for 1 minute, stirring every 20 seconds until fully melted. Transfer to a large bowl, add brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt, stirring until combined.

  • Step 3

    Spread mixture evenly in prepared pan, top with graham crackers and Stuffed Puffs Marshmallows. Bake for 25 minutes, rotating halfway through. Remove from the oven and let cool completely, about 1 hour. Cut into 12 rectangles.

  • Step 4

    To assemble: Place 2 brownies onto a plate or bowl. Top with a scoop of ice cream of your choice. Top with whipped cream, a few more Stuffed Puffs Marshmallows and chocolate sauce. If desired, use a kitchen torch to lightly brown the marshmallows.
