- 1 cup Corn Meal
- 1/3 cups Sugar
- 1 cups Buttermilk
- 1 Egg
- 1 tabelspoon Butter
- 2 teaspoons Baking Power
- 1/2 teasopon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
Mix your dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
Step 3
Beat the egg in a small bowl. Pour your milk and beaten egg into your dry ingredients and mix well.
Step 4
Spray an 8×8 baking dish or a cast iron skillet.
