ingredients

  • 2 ounces tequila
  • 1 small lime, juiced
  • 1/2 ounce agave (add more as desired)
  • 3 ounces tropical kombucha
  • Salt and lime zest, for rim

Method

  • Step 1

    Prepare a glass with a salt and lime zest on rim.

  • Step 2

    Add tequila, lime juice, and agave to a cocktail tin with ice. Shake until the tin is chilled.

  • Step 3

    Add kombucha and shake gently. Strain into prepared glass.
