ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces gin⁣
  • 3/4 ounces lemon juice⁣
  • 1/2 ounce tarragon syrup⁣
  • 2 ounces sparkling water⁣

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine gin, lemon and tarragon syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Top with sparkling water and stir. Garnish with lemon and fresh tarragon.
