Made with a decadent layer of dark chocolate, a crispy crackly center and topped off with a later of Nutella®, this is a chocolate lover’s dream dessert.

ingredients
- 2 packets of Parle-G biscuits or any digestive biscuits
- 3 tablespoons cold butter
- 100 grams dark chocolate, melted
- 100 grams Nutella®
Method
Step 1
Line a cupcake pan with 8 paper liners. Divide the melted chocolate between 6-8 into the liner. Set in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Step 2
In a food processor blend the biscuits until coarse. Pulse in the butter until the consistency of cookie dough.
Step 3
Over the hardened chocolate, evenly divide the dough among the baking cups. Place back in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Divine the Nutella® over the biscuit dough. Refrigerate for one hour before serving. Serve chilled.
