Fried Fish with Dill Caper Tartar Sauce

ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 lemons, juiced
- 1 tablespoons capers, chopped
- 1 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons relish
Method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together and allow to sit for 10 minutes in the fridge before serving.
Step 2
Use Zaratarains Gluten Free Lemon Breading Mix on the fish and fry it in olive oil until lightly golden brown. The fish should flake when you put a fork in the center.
Step 3
Juice a fresh lemon on top of the fish.
Step 4
Best served this with fried potatoes that were seasoned with salt and lemon pepper seasoning and asparagus.
