Chorizo Shakshuka
This deliciousness has hit the blog. Eggs, spicy chorizo and beans cooked in a rich, tomato sauce. Best served topped with generous amounts of fresh parsley and chilli, and lots of thickly sliced sourdough to dip into that glorious sauce. From stovetop to table in less than 30 minutes, it makes for a great weekend breakfast/brunch dish, or even as a weekday breakfast-for-dinner situation (how good is breakfast-for-dinner by the way?).
