These quick and easy oat banana waffles are great for a healthy weekend breakfast or brunch.

  • 1/ 2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/ 4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/ 2 banana, mashed
  • 1/ 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/ 2 teaspoon chia seeds

    In a bowl, mix all ingredients together well and pour onto a greased, heated waffle maker. Top with favorite toppings as desired and enjoy.
