ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup chai seeds
  • 1/3 cup hemp seeds
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

  • Step 2

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

  • Step 3

    Remove from oven and allow to cool before transferring to an airtight container.
