It's a busy, busy day here in The Movement Menu kitchen, and boy am I thankful for leftovers. Yesterday, I spent the entire day and evening out of the house. I had an all day photoshoot with the lovely @angelicamariephoto, visited a friend & had dinner with our family who was in town visiting from Ottawa. When I woke up this morning and realized that our refrigerator was completely barren, I felt thankful that I remembered to take some of this INSANELY delicious gumbo and throw it into the freezer. This Whole30 Instant Pot Seafood Gumbo is one of the tastiest concocted stews I have made. Be sure to serve it up with some cauliflower rice or white rice (if you aren't Whole30ing), and you've got yourself a complete meal!
