Jam from @thejamlab, garnished with chopped pistachios, where the Panna Cotta is made with Thandai milk(refer to a previous post for the Thandai recipe!), little cane sugar, and gelatin. Thandai is a cold refreshing drink, made with whole milk, and energized with nuts like almonds and pistachios, spices and dried rose petals and it is generally made and enjoyed during the Holi festival in India - Festival of Colors, celebrating the onset of Spring! It is the perfect coolant especially in the hot summers of India, infused with the wonderful aromas of cardamom, anise seeds, fennel seeds, poppy seeds, black peppercorns, nutmeg, cinnamon, and dried rose petals ofcourse! All these various nuts, seeds and spices have wonderful medicine properties, making it so good for you!
