On mornings when you hit snooze one too many times ('fess up, we've been there), overnight oats are a godsend. Just combine rolled oats and your liquid of choice in a jar, add spices or other mix-ins, and stick it in the fridge before bed! The next morning you'll thank yourself for making breakfast in advance.

- 1/ 2 cup rolled oats
- 3/ 4 cup almond milk
- 1/ 4 cup grated zucchini
- 1 scoop vanilla collagen powder
- 1 scoop turmeric tonic
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/ 2 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/ 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Banana, sliced, for topping
- Blueberries, for topping
- Peanut butter, for topping
Combine all ingredients, mix well, and let set up overnight in the fridge in a sealable jar/container.
In the morning top with banana, blueberries and peanut butter.
