ingredients

  • 2 Burford Brown chicken eggs
  • 110 grams Flour
  • 110 grams Olive Oil Butter
  • 100 grams Dark Chocolate
  • 100 grams Granulated Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Coffee
  • 3 1/2 teaspoon Coconut Oil
  • 3 1/2 teaspoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Madagascar Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Turn oven on to 350 degrees fahrenheit

  • Step 2

    In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder and stir until combined

  • Step 3

    In a separate bowl over a water filled saucepan, melt your butter, sugar, vanilla extract, coffee, chocolate and coconut oil until it’s just melted.

  • Step 4

    Leave to cool for 5 mins before then adding your eggs and whisk until combined.

  • Step 5

    Pour your mixture into your flour mixture and stir until JUST combined (don’t over mix)

  • Step 6

    Pour into a prepared brownie tin and bake for 12-15 minutes
