This Chocolate Molten Loaf is chocolate lovers dream dessert! Slice into this perfect loaf & it's filled with ooey gooey molten chocolate. Finish with some tart raspberries to cut down on the richness and you have one perfect (and easy!) dessert.

ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 4 tablespoons freeze dried raspberries

Method

  • Step 1

    First of all, turn your oven on to 160° C / 325°F. Place a heatproof bowl over a a pan of barely simmering water and allow the chocolate and butter to melt, stirring occasionally. Once melted, remove the bowl.

  • Step 2

    Add in your eggs, sugar. Gently fold in your flour. Grease the loaf pan thoroughly and fill with your batter.

  • Step 3

    Bake in the oven for exactly 14 minutes. If it’s still too wobbly for you then place back for a further minute. Leave it to cool for a few minutes before you serve and enjoy. I sprinkle with frozen raspberries for that extra tang to cut through the sweet
