ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/8 cup honey
- 1/3 cup peanuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
- 12 ounces dark chocolate, melted
- Flaky sea salt (optional), for topping
Method
Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix together the mashed banana, peanut butter, honey, chopped peanuts, and plain Greek yogurt until fully combined.
Step 2
Spoon the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, making 10-12 portions. Flatten each portion into a disc shape.
Step 3
Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for about 1 hour, or until the discs are fully hardened.
Step 4
Remove the discs from the freezer and completely coat each one in melted dark chocolate. Place them back onto the parchment paper and sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
Step 5
Return the coated discs to the freezer for a few minutes until the chocolate hardens.
Step 6
Store any leftovers in a freezer-safe container in the freezer.
