For Pistachio Granola
- 3/4 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup instant oats
- 1/3 cup pistachios
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 5 tablespoons maple syrup
- Pinch of salt

For Turmeric Saffron Milk
- 1 cup plant based milk
- 8 strands saffron
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
Method
Step 1
Mix all of these together and spread out onto a 9x9 squared baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-15 min, tossing every 5 min to make sure they don't burn
Step 2
While that's in the oven, boil 1 cup plant-based milk and add 8 strands of saffron with 1 tsp turmeric. Bring to a boil and mix till golden yellow.
Step 3
Pour over granola! For some extra nutrients, add raisins, apples, or pears - they go well with these flavors!
