  • 11-13 sheets of phyllo dough, thawed
  • 1/3 cup (80 grams) unsalted butter, melted plus more for greasing the pan
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • Raspberries (or berries of choice)

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter.

  • Step 2

    Fold each sheet of phyllo dough as shown in the video.

  • Step 3

    Place the folded phyllo dough sheets into the dish as shown in the video.

    In a blender combine the eggs, sugar, Greek yogurt, and melted butter until smooth.

    Pour the egg mixture over the phyllo dough in the baking dish.

    Scatter the berries on top.
