Recipe Intro From thefoodhub.by_ilona
This dessert is often referred to as a "Phyllo Dough Yogurt Pie" or "Greek Yogurt Phyllo Pie." In Greek cuisine, a similar dessert is called "Galaktoboureko," but it usually includes a custard filling. This particular version, featuring raspberries, is a variation of a traditional phyllo pastry dessert. The tartness of the raspberries beautifully complements the creamy yogurt filling.
