- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tablespoons vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter cookie butter powder
- 2 teaspoons peanut butter powder
- 1 teaspoon zero calorie sweetener
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
Method
Step 1
In a small blender, combine all ingredients except for the mini chocolate chips. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Transfer the blended mixture back to a bowl and slowly add cold water, mixing until you achieve a cookie dough-like consistency. The mixture may be slightly more runny than traditional cookie dough as it will set overnight.
Step 3
Add the mini chocolate chips and mix well. Place the mixture in the fridge overnight or for a quicker set, in the freezer for about an hour.
