ingredients
- 1 pack thinly sliced rye bread
- 2 pounds grass-fed beef
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 4 slices swiss cheese, per sandwich
- 2 tablespoons special sauce
Method
Step 1
To a large, sauté pan caramelize your onions with your favorite seasonings.
Step 2
I make four 8 ounce patties out of your grass fed beef, season and sear in a cast iron pan and cook to your desired temperature.
Step 3
Assemble your sandwich with two slices of Swiss cheese on each side of your bread, add your Patty and sauce, and top with caramelized onions.
Step 4
Toast your bread on both sides until cheese is fully melted.
