  • 1/2 cup soy isolate protein
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup milk or water
  • Soy yogurt, for topping
  • Chocolate sauce, for topping
  • Oreo cookies, for topping

Method

  • Step 1

    If using whole oats, blend them until you achieve an oat flour consistency.

    In a bowl, combine the blended oats (or instant oats), soy isolate protein, cacao powder, and milk or water. Mix until well combined.
