- 1/2 cup instant oats, blended
- 1/2 cup soy isolate protein
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup milk or water
- Soy yogurt, for topping

Method
Step 1
If using whole oats, blend them until you achieve an oat flour consistency.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the blended oats (or instant oats), soy isolate protein, cacao powder, and milk or water. Mix until well combined.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture overnight to allow it to set.
