For the Chia Seed Pudding:
- 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon Maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 200 millileters Cashew mylk

For the Chocolate Smoothie:
- 2 frozen Bananas
- 1 tablespoon Cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon Peanut butter
- 1/4 cup Plant-based milk

For Assembly:
- 1/2 cup Granola, for topping
- 1/2 tablespoon Cacao nibs, for topping
- 2 tablespoons Berry jam, for topping
Method
Step 1
Make the Chia Seed Pudding: mix ingredients for chia pudding well, cover and refrigerate overnight in glass jars.
Step 2
Make the Chocolate Smoothie: blend smoothie ingredients until smooth
Step 3
Use your Chia Seed Pudding as a base and layer with desired toppings. Layer Chocolate smoothie on top, add any additional toppings and serve immediately.
