- 2 ounces gin
- 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon Wedderspoon Manuaka Honey
- Lemon peel, for garnish (optional)
In a cocktail shaker or sealed mason jar, mix gin, lemon juice, and honey until honey is fully incorporated. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain and serve immediately. Add lemon peel, if desired.
