- 1 pound asparagus, rough ends removed
- 1 pound radishes, sliced in half lengthwise
- 1 pound rainbow carrots, peeled and sliced in half lengthwise
- 1 pound sugar snap peas
- 1 large watermelon radish, thinly sliced

To prepare the crudités:
Wash asparagus, radish, carrots, snap peas, and watermelon radish. Pat dry with a paper towel
In a grill pan on high heat, char asparagus spears diagonally. Remove from pan and set aside.
Blanch snap peas by preparing an ice bath in a large bowl. Set aside.
Bring a large pot of water to a roaring boil. Add snap peas and submerge for 1-2 minutes.
