Method
Make the Boursin Shark:

Step 2
Press black sesame seeds along the edges to mimic shark skin texture.
Step 3
Add candy eyeballs to each side of the triangle.
Step 4
Slice a piece of salami in half and place it at the center for the shark’s “mouth.”
Step 5
Cut white American cheese into sharp triangles and line them along the salami to form “teeth.”
Prepare the Brie Cheese:

Arrange manchego slices, bleu cheese, and cheddar cubes across different areas of the board.
Add the Meats:
Step 1
Roll calabrese salami and tuck between cheeses.
Step 2
Create a salami river using Italian dry salami slices, and make a flower using capocollo slices for texture and dimension.
Add Fruit & Sweets:
Step 1
Fill in empty spaces with blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, grapes, kiwi slices, and chocolate-covered raisins.
Step 2
Scatter gummy sharks for a fun themed element.
Garnish & Final Touches:
Step 1
Add a small jar of raspberry jam and a dipper.
Step 2
Tuck fresh rosemary sprigs around the board for color and aroma.
Step 3
Use alphabet cookie cutters to cut “Sharkuterie” from white American cheese slices and place along the salami river.
Step 4
Insert shark-shaped cheese picks into cheese cubes for easy grabbing.
