Serves two people (the molds were really small). Recipe:3/4 cup oat flour1/2 cup homemade coconut milk1 tbsp homemade coconut butter1 1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp vanilla extract1 1/2 pearCombine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the milk and lastly the coconut butter. Whisk with a fork until everything incorporates. Pour the mixture into 3 tartlets molds, then cut the pears in half and place each half into each mold. Bake in a 230c oven for 20 minutes.
