Pear Baked Oatmeal

Serves two people (the molds were really small).
Recipe:
3/4 cup oat flour
1/2 cup homemade coconut milk
1 tbsp homemade coconut butter
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 pear
Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the milk and lastly the coconut butter. Whisk with a fork until everything incorporates. Pour the mixture into 3 tartlets molds, then cut the pears in half and place each half into each mold.
Bake in a 230c oven for 20 minutes.
