"As the more silent partner behind feedfeed (Dan), I have to log on to cook a meal and make a shoutout to all the moms out there nourishing their families with the food they make. Dads of course cook too, but personally my strength is being a great eater rather than a cook. On Mother's day I searched through the feedfeed community to find inspiration for a much deserved breakfast for the cook and the mom that feeds us so well in our home (Julie). I made this #MothersDay #breakfast by smashing some Avocado on Whole Wheat Toast and some Chickpeas I roasted with Harissa. Finished it with a fried egg and Tahini. Sprinkled it with Sumac since Julie seems to sprinkle it on everything these days. Much of the credit for the meal goes to a filled pantry!
