ingredients
For the Cheese Ball:
- 1 pound cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chives, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup roasted unsalted pistachios, finely chopped

For the Snack Board:
- 1 package Wasa Rosemary and Sea Salt Thins
- 1 package Wasa Crisp ‘n Light 7 Grains Crispbreads
- 2 cups pumpkin seeds, roasted
- 2 cups green olives
- 1 red apple, cut into wedges
- 1 green or yellow apple, cut into wedges
- 1 red pear, cut into wedges
- 1 green pear, cut into wedges
- Aged gouda, sliced
- Blue cheese, (such as roquefort or stilton)
- 1 bunch red grapes
- 8 ounces prosciutto
Method
Step 1
Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, chives, horseradish, cranberries, and pistachios to a medium mixing bowl. Mix with an electric hand mixer or by hand until smooth.
Step 2
Cover bowl and chill 1 hour to help firm it up.
Step 3
Shape into a ball using a spatula or your hands (it helps to grease them). Cover with a plastic wrap and chill in the fridge until firm, about 2-3 hours.
Step 4
Assemble Snack Board and serve.
