For this recipe, we created the ultimate mash-up of your gluten-free dessert dreams! Simply make the brownie batter and cookie dough as you normally would, and layer them in your tart pans. Bake to perfection and you have your Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownie Tart!
For the Brownie Mix
- 1/ 2 cup butter, or oil
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 eggs
- 1 box Simple Mills Brownie Mix
For the Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
- 3 tablespoons (dairy or non-dairy) milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 tablespoons butter, or oil
- 1 box Simple Mills Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease two tart pans, set aside.
Make the brownie mix: mix together the melted butter or oil in a large bowl, whisk in the eggs, add Simple Mills Brownie Mix and stir until well combined.
Spread evenly into the prepared tart pans; smooth the top.
Make the cookie dough: whisk water and vanilla together in a large bowl, add Simple Mills Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix and stir until small clumps form. Stir the melted butter or oil into the large bowl until melted or blended.
Split cookie dough mix between two tart pans with brownie mix, smoothing into an even layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
Let cool before cutting.
