Brocoli Fennel Soup With Meyer Lemon Zest
In celebration of Earth Day, we want to thank & honor the local farmers we personally rely on who grow the food we put on our table allowing us to eat local and seasonal all year round. Besides being sustainable, I personally find that the food from our local organic farms tastes better! Here is a throwback to a Broccoli Fennel Soup With A Meyer Lemon Zest and Arugula Microgreens for which I roasted all the vegetables first and added creaminess with raw soaked Cashews - following @withfoodandlove's Vegan Recipe. I used all local ingredients from @amberwavesfarm @goodwaterfarms quail hill farm!
