This week we've chosen to highlight comforting braises and stews! As the weather turns cooler for most of us, the soothing nature of a bubbling braise or simmering stew warms the heart. We start out with braised chickpeas with marinated vegan feta, move into a creamy pumpkin curry and finish off with a comforting creamy corn chowder. Happy cooking!
