Spring ahead! While seasonal favorites like asparagus and peas are not quite ready for their debut, most of the country is still squarely in winter. This is the perfect time to year for lighter, brighter flavors. We kick off the week with our new weeknight go-to plant-based caesar salad.  Midweek, we celebrate the luck of the Irish with a lovely green soup and wrap up the week with a creamy, dreamy cauliflower pasta.
