Get ready for a delicious week ahead!

We're starting off the week with an avocado citrus salad, not too heavy but delicious enough to feel satisfied-make sure to include your favorite protein. On Tuesday let's do a soup day- with this hearty vegan bean stew recipe. Wednesday is going to be a flavorful recipe for buffalo tofu -we've paired this with a rainbow miso slaw but feel free to also make this with a big side of rice or a side salad. End Thursday with @saharelgamil's super delicious creamy rigatoni with zucchini, made with only one pot to keep clean-up to a minimum. Enjoy this Dirty Iced chai this weekend (or every day this week!).

If you make any of these dishes, snap a photo and tag us #feedfeed @thefeedfeed on Instagram for a chance to be featured. Happy cooking!

Rancho Gordo Beans | Heirloom Midnight Black Beans

Midnight is a true black turtle bean with a rich, traditional black bean flavor and texture. Midnight beans have a light, thin skin that allows its flavors to mix with your aromatics and create a delicious bean broth. The beans and their broth are great with simple rice. The liquid coats each kernel of rice, adding flavor, protein and pizzazz.
